Meet Vianni
Vianni Lubus is an accomplished marketing expert, event strategist, and producer with nearly 15 years of experience creating impactful events and media. Specializing in working with culture-forward businesses, she has successfully led more than 300 productions, including high-profile photo shoots and award-winning podcasts.
Vianni has spearheaded complex, high-impact projects working across editorial, events, brand strategy, partnerships, and storytelling for a prestigious roster of clients, including Meta, Netflix, ESPN, Genesis Motor America, Capital One, Nike, Bank of America, PGA TOUR, Morgan Stanley, Northwestern Mutual, and more. Renowned for her ability to communicate effectively with top-level stakeholders, she has worked alongside some of the world’s most dynamic and forward-thinking executives—Fortune 100 execs, high-ranking government officials, celebrities, athletes, and changemakers from all corners of industry. She is recognized for her executive market expertise and her distinctive approach to community-driven initiatives, especially in multicultural and Latino markets.
As the cofounder of Latinos in Sports (LiS™) and founding force behind The Alumni Society and NextGen Collective's 30 Under 30, she’s made a career of championing Latino excellence and building platforms that uplift historically overlooked communities. She also built Guerrero Media’s marketing and brand division from the ground up, helping redefine and rebrand Hispanic Executive magazine for a new generation of influential Latino leaders and fueling hyper audience growth.
In 2025, she’s stepping into the world of solopreneurship with the launch of V3 Agency, a new venture that blends her creative talents with strategic business acumen. She's been featured in Business Insider, Chief (the largest network of senior women executives), Telemundo Deportes, and CNBC for her role in the creation of Latinos in Sports.
When she’s not orchestrating events, producing content, or leading high-impact projects, Vianni is embracing a new season of motherhood with her husband and two daughters. She finds joy in recharging by the lake, experimenting with interior design, enjoying concerts at Ravinia Festival (North America's oldest music festival where she serves on the Associates Board), and learning the art (and patience) of gardening.
